By accessing or using JustInterview.it ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. Our Platform allows you to submit interview questions, experiences, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you: • Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content on the Platform • Represent that you own or have the right to submit the content • Agree that your content does not violate any third-party rights • Understand that submitted content may be publicly visible You retain ownership of your User Content, but you are responsible for ensuring it complies with our guidelines and applicable laws.

When using the Platform, you agree NOT to: • Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate content • Share proprietary interview questions that are confidential or protected by NDA • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to collect data without permission • Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

The Platform and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by JustInterview.it and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that: • The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free • User Content is accurate or reliable • Using our content will guarantee interview success • Defects will be corrected Interview questions and experiences shared on the Platform are contributed by users and may not reflect current interview practices. We do not verify the accuracy of all submissions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTINTERVIEW.IT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING: • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill • Service interruption or computer damage • Any damages resulting from your use of the Platform Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JustInterview.it and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: • Your use of the Platform • Your User Content • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by: • Posting the updated Terms on this page • Updating the "Last updated" date • Sending an email notification for significant changes Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including: • Breach of these Terms • Request by law enforcement • Unexpected technical issues • Extended periods of inactivity Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JustInterview.it operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.
